1. Booking & Reservation Policy
- All reservations are subject to room availability and official confirmation by Golden Luck Villa.
- Guests must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable details during the reservation process.
2. Check-in & Check-out
- Standard Check-in Time: 2:00 PM
- Standard Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out requests depend on availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellations & Modifications
- Cancellation requests must be submitted directly via our official contact channels.
- Refund eligibility depends on the specific booking terms, timing of cancellation, and advance payment policies.
4. Property Rules, Quiet Hours & Care of Belongings
- Strict Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking (including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, and e-cigarettes/vapes) is strictly prohibited inside all guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and enclosed indoor living areas of the villa. Guests wishing to smoke may do so only in designated open outdoor garden spaces with proper disposal of cigarette butts.
- Quiet Hours (After 10:00 PM): To protect the tranquil village atmosphere and ensure peaceful, restful sleep for all guests and our neighboring community, quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Playing loud music, shouting, or creating excessive noise that disturbs other occupants or neighbors after 10:00 PM is strictly prohibited.
- Responsibility for Villa Belongings & Damages: Guests are expected to treat the villa premises, furniture, electronics, appliances, and amenities with reasonable care. If any belongings, fixtures, decor, bedding, or facilities in the villa are damaged, broken, stained, or missing during the stay, the registered occupants will be held fully accountable and financially responsible for all repair or replacement expenses.
- Respect for Caretaker & Staff: Guests are kindly requested to treat our on-site caretaker and staff with mutual respect and courtesy.
5. Zero-Tolerance Policy: Prohibited Items & Unlawful Conduct
- Firearms & Lethal Weapons: Bringing, carrying, storing, or using firearms, ammunition, dangerous explosives, or offensive weapons on the villa property is strictly forbidden under any circumstances.
- Government-Prohibited Drugs & Narcotics: The possession, use, distribution, or consumption of any government-prohibited drugs, illicit narcotics, or banned substances is strictly prohibited on the premises.
- Theft, Terrorism & Organized Crime: Any involvement in theft, fraudulent practices, vandalism, acts of violence, terrorist activities, or harboring members of organized crime gangs is strictly barred. Individuals associated with organized crime syndicates or unlawful groups are prohibited from applying for accommodation or entering the villa.
- Immediate Eviction & Law Enforcement: Golden Luck Villa upholds a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding illegal activities. Any violation will result in immediate termination of the reservation, prompt eviction from the villa without refund, and immediate reporting to the Sri Lanka Police and relevant law enforcement authorities.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Golden Luck Villa accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal valuables, cash, jewelry, or electronics brought onto the premises.
- Guests remain fully responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings throughout their stay.
7. Governing Law
- These Terms of Service are governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
